You are right! He KNEW they were going to hit paydirt and he did it anyway - just to dilute the shares. He loves to mess with his shareholders (not to mention his own $). What better way to bolster his ego then to manipulate his own shareholders! Glad you caught that. Most of us here are blinded by his charisma.

Does anyone have any insight as to why Richard did the PP @ $4.00 just a few weeks ago. I'm thinking he must have knew that they were all ready to drill DE2, and visuals would be released shortly after. Waiting a few weeks would have positioned a PP @ $5.50 and we would have 2 million less shares floating around.
