These are the bids and asks for the stock. At this moment, since the market is not open, they are stacked up waiting to be executed. The $5.80 is what buyer's are offering - I'm sure it is different by now.

HOWEVER,

These prices will change in a heartbeat and many use them to try to influence the price without ever actually following through with their order 'pulling the trigger'.
