HSS,

the claimblocks south west of DE1 are all similar (= rectangular 1600 m x 1600 m, each containing 16 claimunits of 400 m x 400 m).

The nearest claim, other than Noront's, to DE1 (and DE 2) is PRB's claimblock 3006709. A little further to the east you have Fancamp claimblock 3012258 and McDonald/Temex 4221148.

About 10 km to the south west you're in UC/Spider/KWG territory.

A lot of potential for all those players.
