I think it is in the North curve of the ring, almost due north.

That is the only thing that makes sense for both WSR and BMK to be up, just about by the same percentage, although WSR is coming back to earth, but still has traded 3/4 million shares.

My only question is... I didn't know they were drilling up there? So I ask again if anyone else has heard of NOT drilling in the upper region?

If NOT then, WSR has simply got some other good news in the works. They have been climbing for a few days.
