roadguy,
I will make a few comments to help steer you in the right direction, but I suggest you start paging through the history and reading the higher-ranked postings. You will find that almost every question you can think of on the Double Eagle project is addressed somewhere on this forum.
The geophysical targets have been identified by electro-magnetic surveys (both airborne and at ground level) and they bear signatures close enough to DE1 that Noront's management believes they have a very high chance of containing massive sulphides with significant metal concentrations. Most or all of them are also 'on-strike' with DE1 and DE2. That is to say that they follow the same squiggly line that geologists believe marks a magmatic conduit (read pipe) that transported the sulphides/minerals to DE1 and DE2. Only when these targets are drilled and massive sulphides or other indications of high mineral concentrations are discovered do these targets become DEx.
Happy reading.
