I don't think it is 43-101.

IF they were to halt for this, it would be immediately announced and we would resume trading within the hour.

Same with Assay results. If they have them in hand, no need for suspense. They would simply publish them.

Same with $10.00. Once the deal is signed you state it and move on.

This has to be a visual and they are going to have to see what they have, take the pictures and be ready to post so when they announce it, everyone has a equal chance to go to the website, view the pictures and info before the halt is lifted.

This is important to Nemis... that all investors have an equal chance to digest the info.
