Although Noront is not as widely known in our community as it is in Canada (or the US) we are gaining momentum with every positive development of the company.

I bought into Noront because of Windfall and was very surprised when we hit at Double Eagle (as you probably were as well) and kept buying up to CAD 6,00, not selling one share so far.

With all the recent development, let me first congratulate you and your hard working team to the fantastic progress the company has made since the DE discovery in this very short period of time.

And, of course, we are all waiting for exciting news from Windfall.

Furthermore I´d like to express that a lot of people have faith in the further positive development of the company, mainly because of your integrity
and honesty towards ALL shareholders.

Although you have been quoted on Agoracom, not to listen to all the things that are said on the boards, I´d like to use this opportunity to ask some questions and would like to publish your answers on the board:


1. What is the expected timeframe for the NI 43-101 report for Eagle 1 ?

2. What is the current situation regarding ramp building at Windfall ? When can the first news be expected inregards to bulk mining results, realistically ?

3. What is the current situation with regards to JPM ("...to explore ways to create value for our shareholders.")

4. With our actual cash position (around $ 20m) and a burn rate of $ 2m/month, when do you expect to do another financing ? Or is it more likely to see a (partial) buy-in of a major company ?

5. Will we see a spin-off of the Mc Fauld´s claims (at least DE) ?

6. Is Noront still staking at Mc Fauld´s ?

7. Are there any further JV´s planned ?

8. Because we keep getting unbelievable drill results from DE (and everybody should know by now that this will be a mine), which are not reflected in the share price, what is YOUR valuation of the company and what kind of potential do you expect ?
