Don't we all just know that when a stock is being underrated, it is the time to buy.... but when everyone is singing it's praises, it's time to be careful and think about unloading perhaps.  Fits right in with your suspicions.  Cramer has a gauge whereby if , I think, 4 analysts are openly supporting a stock, the game is already over and the players have already left or are in the process.  An interesting approach.  :)
