All morning getting into the BID

Very quiet day today so far. Everyone seems to be getting the Bid price. Do you folks in the know think we will see this pattern for the near future? I know yesterday was up but, it all happened in the last 30 minutes yesterday. Just asking the question. Could this be alot to do with how cold it is this winter? Weather in the U.S. is being so funny this year it is hard to predict the wheather these days. Any good info would be great. Thanks
