You are basically stating that Mr Nemis has no idea what he is doing and that Mr. Nemis has signed another "weak partner". Please share with us Poly what you know specifically about Intrinsic's financial means which makes them "weak" and also if you do not mind, share with us what other JV's you deem to be weak.
