My God, what an epiphany I have experienced, and all because of the brilliance, the sheer intellectual SUPER NOVA that rwinger has revealed himself to be! And i will tell you why...Herbie only mortgaged an existing property whereas I, TOOL that I am, went out and PURCHASED a whole NEW Pproperty with a WHOLE new mortgage on the strength of this puppy.
