It was a good day for Noront Resources as the company closed its C$26 million financing and announced that Robert McEwen, the founder of Goldcorp and Pierre Lassonde, Chairman, Franco-Nevada Corporation took down a portion of the C$4 units. Drilling is continuing on the Eagle One project in Ontario. Noront ended the session up C$0.49 ay C$4.86.
