If i had paid 4.00 a share i would want my stakehlolders to know that hey we made a good deal we already have a nce profit

I see your thinking.  I would expect that the investors would be rather savvy on this issue, knowing what kind of volume they'd need to really substantiate their investment and indicate a meaningful increase in momentum on this stock.  That will only come with the requisite incredible assays and I'm sure that's what Noront has in mind.  We'll see.
