Nice to think of but just visuals on cores won't, in my opinion, take us nearly that high. It will take assay results.

Don't bet me wrong we'll see a lot of volume and a lot better pricing as will companies with property close by but expecting $10 fact is I feel expecting too much.

Now give us some assays with results comparable to the best on DE1 and I'll start agreeing real fast.
