Closing of PP

Wonder if Noront will add any comments on progess at DE when they release news that the PP was closed today? They did say the PP would close on or prior to today. "Noront expects to close on this private placement on or before February 6th, 2008"

Low trading volume today as investors wait to see which way share prices are heading. Perhaps still some worry about the crash a few weeks ago.
