Here is another way of looking at this PP. Someone, some people or some company with a lot more insight and deep pockets just bought over 6 million shares of NOT at $4, and promised to buy half that much more at $5. These people did not buy this private placement for penny profits nor for a couple $'s per share, 2 years down the road folks. No I think some entity with wisdom just made a very informed, money making, investment and at the same time guaranteed NOT the financial clout to carrying on for some time.Keep the Faith
