Cadillac Announces $2.0 Million Private Placement
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 4, 2008) - Cadillac Ventures Inc. (CNQ:CDEX) ("Cadillac") is pleased to announce that it intends to conduct a $2.0 million non-brokered private placement financing pursuant to which it will issue common shares at $0.64 per share. Subject to regulatory approval, the financing is expected to close in February 2008. The proceeds from the financing will be used for exploration expenditures and general working capital purposes. The securities issued hereunder will be subject to restrictions on resale for four months.
