Let's not sugar coat this too much. Nemis did clearly say $10 and had to eat crow and take $4 .

I'm not saying this isn't a good deal for Noront but it should put every one with stardust in their eyes on notice that even Dick Nemis isn't right all the time. You have to make your own decisions and take everyone's advise and comment with a good pinch of salt.
