Closing of placement question

I know little about placements and the closing of them. Does this news release indicate the 5.00 placements can close when the stock price hits 6.00 for ten consecutive days. Secondly RN is stating he expects the placement to close this week...does that mean he expects the SP to hit 6.00 this week?? .... I'm sooooooooo confused.

Assistance would be most appreciated....
