Many private placements have an accelerated clause for the warrants.

The minimum timeframe for these warrants to be accelerated is 10 days (2 weeks of successive trading above $6.00) then 30 days after that, Noront can dictate that the warrants must be exercised within say the next month or two.

So we are looking at a minimum 10-14 weeks for for warrant funds to hit the coffers (once the 10 days straight above $6.00) is recognized).
