When you really think about it should make Noront worth a premium.
Nemis is something odd in this business. He's courteous and respected even to those who over the years lost money in Noront. He's built a strong team and brought in heavy hitters, who've yet to prove their worth in my opinion, at low cost to shareholders.
He is a hell of a salesman maybe because he totally believes in his company and kept it together through tough times. There is a reason for the over 130 million shares outstanding and that's because he's had to sell shares over the many years trying to find that bonanza ore body.
Many current shareholders have got to know Dick over the years and more than any other junior exploration company CEO he cares about them, almost an extended family. There is no reason for him to try and pull a fast one on smaller shareholders and have to live with that the rest of his life. Integrety has to be worth a great deal when deciding where to invest.
Just because he's a nice guy doesn't mean he's not going to drive the hardest deal possible for Noront. For many years he's taken shares instead of salary and when the smoke clears he can retire a wealthy man. By most people's standards he's wealthy now.
