Two things, one is just being able to contract for a drill and crew. The other is this place is the back of beyond, bitterly cold and setting up to drill takes a lot of planning and infrastructure.

Oh yeah you first have to know where you want to drill because it's so expensive you can't just poke a hole anywhere.
