Be careful because WSR is very junior and does not have the money to follow through on the jv's they are signing. I wasn't happy with Noront signing a jv with them as they don't have the resources to follow through.

These deals kind of make me laugh, promise to spend $5 million dollars when you'd be lucky to find $1 million to spend.
