Total of the above   =~ 800 million  + another companies ( let say another 300 m)       =~1.1 billion

 ( Hope someone can do how much land of DE each company holds)

The big international guys are still waiting for more confirmation to move in...but some medium size fund already come in slowly...

from Norant corporate structure,Norant management has only 10%...three funds control almost 30 %...if we do another placement this year, may be another 10 % will go to the fund...

looks like a split of the company is inevitable espicially when share price reach cad 10.00 or above... 

Hope that the poison pill can safeguard our interests... 

I think other companies without poison pill inserted may have even worse situation ,as it may be too late to exercise now..
