It will not be a JV. They are explorers, not miners. This will/should be done with a major. This deposit is so rich, close to the surface, majors will not let this go cheaply. Once we pocket that money, then we can maybe think of changing from explorers to miners however, I really do not think this is how Nemis is thinking. He want to explore, then sell so do not look at NOT as becoming a mining company at least from my point of view.
