buyout options

When I consider the properties we have, especially the size of the land mass we have accumulated at McFauld's, the grades we are seeing, the increasing value of metals, I come to one conclusion.  It is very possible that a single major may not be able to buy us out.  If we continue to hit anomalies and grades stay very good, we may be in a position to sell off a few claims that have a NI 43-101 on them to a major, take that money and keep exploring the rest of the ring.  A spin off for those claims would be the best way to do this.  It will take many years to research this massive area, about 3 times the size of Sudbury.  Selling NOT or even the McFauld's area within a year may grossly under value our company.  When you consider that Sudbury has many companies mining there, and we are 3 times the size, it only makes sense to sell off bits of it with NI 43-101 on them, get full value for them by having a bidding war for those claim and moving onto more anomalies, more NI 43-101 etc...
