Someone said he's investing in other 'ring of fire' players because Noront share price has allready increased tenfold. He's looking for the same thing with others who've only doubled.

This thinking is contrary to how odds, game theory etc. actually work. Think of flipping a coin, you get 10 heads in a row, what are the odds of getting heads the next flip? Exactly 50/50.

Noront closed at $3.45 because the market values what Noront has identified and released information about AT THIS TIME.  You have to forget completely about the fact it has increased in value from 70 cents as that is just not relevant to trying to figure out where it's going from here. 

Yes you can purchase BMK, for example, for 55 cents (It like Noront has been hammered by US troubles and it too will be reporting news in the short term).  So you want a 20% short term return from holding for 30 days and remember we're not dealing with day trading possiblities here. How do you get your 20% and what are the downside risks?

Noront and BMK will both recover some of the ground lost as people forget about US troubles and look harder at commodities but it's likely that recover will be expressed as a percentage recovery so neither stock should benefit more than the other.

Noront has more drills turning and is fast tracking assay results so will have an edge on BMK when it comes to news. Say 3 news releases in a month and be generous and say BMK gets out two. Say the news releases are favourable, good not great. Say they serve to move share price up. Why would BMK move and stay by a higher percentage move than Noront on each news release? Points to Noront.

Potential of news releases, BMK has been hitting lower grades than Noront and has to define a much larger ore body for their deposit to be economical. That's going to take a LOT of drilling.  Noront on the other hand just has to report good results that increase size of existing deposit. Much higher likelyhood of this coming fast.

Consider testing other anomalities. Yes there are some close to DE 1 on claims not owned by Noront but the one's on Noront's property are very close AND are in the process of being tested right now not in a month.

Volotility is high on all these stocks but Noront as they prove up resources should have downside volotility limited compared to others.

So you want to play the odds. Odds are that 30 days from now Noront shares will be up a higher percentage than other players.
