When I spoke with Richard last week I asked him about going to the market for financing and at that time he did not know. I wish I had explored that issue further to get a better feel about what is up for him to not be sure when we know at some point he will need to. Or is he working on something that you may get a feel for that may reduce the need for a cash infusion. (JV partners? He did say you can expect at least 10 of them)
