I really DON"T think that will happen. Well, At least I have never seen it.

Maybe it was dec since NOSOF has been lower than NOT. I know last september NOSOF was higher but I believe that that is DUE to The currentcy exchange between US and canada. Last sept I think the Canadian dollar was only worth .85% of the US dollar. Today Canadian dollar is more that US dollar like1.0183% or something like that. So that Means if NOT (canadian)is at say $10 then US dollar is $9.82 as of today(using etrade exchange).
