I agree that stock price is not related and they will be somewhat different.  However, I can by US or Can stocks thru my TD account and my by the US version since the price is lower.  I would lose liquidity as pointed out by volumes today but if and when there is a buyout, it would yield the same amount for both symbols less exchange rate.  So as a long, buying the NOSOF at this price makes sense (actually dollars).
