Message: TSX & Venture Listing Requirements...

I too was under the impression one did require the N3-101 as part of a listing requirement on the TSX.  Apparently I was wrong and Richard did say to me that he did not require it to apply to the TSX. This is my impression: Listing on the TSX, while on Richard's to do list, is not one of his top priorities (it is a priority, but down the road a bit) and not the primary purpose for the developement of the 43-101. As Richard put it, and I am paraphrasing here, "we don't move like rabbits, but we are not snails either" suggesting the move to the big board will come later on down the road as they work to establish a resourse. I do get the impression that he wants to tell us more on the tonnage, but is not at liberty to discuss based on the rules of the exchange and, in my opinion, the primary reason for all the talk about more drilling, big changes to how they release their news etc. Expect to see very serious work as they push to complete the instrument. To me, his number 1 priority is to establish the resource, which again was followed up with comments like open at depth and along strike; steppin out E1; in filling, 8 priority targets and so on.

So I remind you again that I am comforted by Richard's ending comments to me which is not one person inside his company has yet to sell one share of NOT. And he is in a much better position that all of us to know what is really going on and I will take his lead and not sell any of my NOT either. In fact I did buy more on Friday, before I spoke with him.

"At any rate, if this is the case, it leaves me wondering a bit more about why they are so intent on the NI43-101 at this juncture as this would eliminate a major compelling factor, to my mind... "
