The unusual weather pattern is associated with a weak upper level trough which tracks over Toronto, Washington DC to NYC. This disturbace is forcast to linger over the weekend slowly giving way next week tovariable cloudiness and higher pressure. Long range forcast is for fine weather throughout the spring and summer.
