IMO, the $800 won't do much for their economy. It's a $150 billion cash infusion, compared to about $350 billion US citizens receive from social security and unemployment cheques ...just trying to put it all into perspective.

With regard to NOT, ...here's a quote from the infamous W Buffett that may help people during times of market uncertainty (just a reminder):

"Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful."
