The most important for now is how big is his "yes". I would measure it at least as .5%. Even it is not enough to stimulate the economy.

The worst news are behind for now - ML reported its own 15 Bln loss (more than 6 bln than I expected). I don't see any other unexpected bad news soon and the FRS decision on the next week.
