Certainly you must know that the situation is not as simple as "find a good core sample and make lots of money". You must know what is going on in the market in general. If you are staying long and you think it is going to be a few years before there is any worthwhile gain, then you should turn off the computer and come back in a few years and feel rewarded. In the interim your emotional content .... or discontent is not put forth in a businesslike or factual fashion, therefore your tone comes across as bashing. You do no one, including yourself, any benefit with a negative approach, offering no growth or developmental dialogue.
