I somewhat agree but find it simply more vague than providing any detail which could be specifically interpretive of when or at what price a PP would happen. Using our own knowledge of what could happen with the SP in the near term upon any number of N.R.s, it is possible for a PP to happen at any number of SPs particularly when considering R.N.'s famous $10 quote on this.... which brings to mind another point....

Folks have commented on the close lipped approach from the BMK admin. that some don't like. It might have it's advantages considering what other posters believe was the fallout from R.N.s casual willingness to share his views. (The Bay St. vendetta/SP attack)
