we need positive news from NOT and from markets.

I would say if a bad news becomes more and more prdictable (like a huge loss from Citybank and ML) these news are presenting in the market price even before they will come.

That means, IMHO, looking at today's markets direction the thumble is not that big and stocks are growing slightly (why? see above) in news absence. Chinese money are working (their contibution in CB & ML) now and FRS will be on the scene on the next week.

So for now, I am even more positive than a week ago.
