The 5 mil. shares issue at $4.00 was used by Genuity in their report but in a totally different contexte Nickelbag was stating in his post.

They estimate Noront will need about $25 mil for drilling Double Eagle and White Falls (sic) and then state :"For valuation purposes, we estimate 5 million shares would be issued at $5/share as part of anequity financing."

For some reason Nickelbag forgets to use the words I putted in bold.
