You own 10000 shares of Noront resources. If the company is sold for $20.00 Cad you would receive $20 Cad converted to US dollars at the prevailing rate the date of the disbursement. I am not sure who does the conversion. It would probably be Wells Fargo since they are holding your IRA.

I use Schwab and never get the same answer twice about closing prices. I just know there are not two different stocks they just trade with different symbols.
