We are continually referencing "PP" which is Private Placement. A high quality project like NOT may well find a Brokered Placement takes a little more work but can be much more competitive from a dilution standpoint as well as broadening the shareholder base as the Broker(s) distribute the stock to institutional and retail clients. I think a good question to put on the radar currently is "why not or when for a Brokered Placement in which we can all participate", given that there are other methods as discussed on this forum.
