In my opinion the trouble with PP is not only the bargain price but the warrants attached to it as a bonus. Warrants are often used by shorters, they short the stock several times in a year or two, and if ever they are forced to cover, they cover with warrants that cost them nothing. Nice gamble with no risk. That is my opinion , could be wrong. Some years ago I was invested in Whiton River, the short position in WHT (now Goldcorp) was huge and the sp stagnating, the warrants were blamed by many as the cause. vila
