Yes they own just over 10%, seem to think it was 10.7 but could be off a bit. Pinetree have about 10% or had as they might have added. No other major holder on record yet.

I don't believe there is any way at all that Noront will do a pp at current price levels. Dick Nemis said he could do one at $10 to some people who post on this forum and I don't think he'd want to eat those words.
