Can anyone tell me how to keep up during the day with the stock here in the U.S.?  I never know where it is during the day.  I can judge sorta by watching NOT.V but, sometimes it is off and different for the day.  If you have given this info out in the past, sorry for the repeat.  But, it will be good and maybe others who have not been on this board for more then 4 or 5 months.  Thanks
