John,

Noront has a poison pill in place, so Richard is somewhat in control of takeovers. Do you think Noront should spin off DE before a perceived takeover bid is forthcoming because we are getting no value for all other plays, at present, or would that not be the prudent thing to do. Also when would the time be appropriate to do so if you thing that would be the way to approach it. Thanks .
