John,

What is the possibility of the accumulation of shares sold to a major and they then get 51% of the shares. Could they then take over Noront and we get no value for Windfall etc if they do not spin it off prior to any takeover. I have asked the question of spin off twice before and had no response so I am still curious and you would be the person that could answer that concern for me. Sorry if it is a stupid question but I still need an opinion. Thanks.
