It seems to me that perhaps Noront IMO by re-drilling over the DE1 strike was not only to establish a resource estimate but they  know that the strike extends to both the north and south. Whichever way they drill they expose the richness of this find. They may be trying to see who blinks first. FNC or PRB. Whoever is the first to accept the JV deal offered to them that is the direction that NOT will drill in first. Or they could just jump over to their own DE2 and let they others stew.

On the date the next drill is set up will be the date they have to arrange which way they are going NORTH VS. South or neither of the above. NOT is in the position of strength here.
