Actually I think this stock has done quite predictably on the "buy rumour sell news" approach.  I think a lot of smart/intuitive folks have done well with this approach on NOT.  How many people have expressed fear of losing out on the big rocket which 99% of the time doesn't happen.  I have roughly calculated that with all of the dips NOT has provided, in a big way, had I sold at the moments I thought appropriate, that I would be amazingly ahead of the game even if I had to jump back in at say, 75% more.  If you're comfortable with your plan then that's all that matters.  But there can be more lucrative ways.
