You are right on the mark with your great post.  We do NOT need to do a PP yet as it is very premature.  The JVs are going to bring in more cash and also prove up the area faster, we have a good amount of cash in the bank and then there is windfall ramping right along. Richard is setting up the party and we who are long will all attend the feast.  Keep the faith and don't let the bashers grind you down people!
