There will be manipulation at every lull particularly with NOT.  There will always be new weak hands as psychology changes with the circumstances.  It takes very little effort on the part of manipulators to drive the SP down and scare out holders.  Only when there is a massive drive from motivated buyers will the repression pause and the price swing up.  There is no question that it is in the best interest of larger companies to keep the SP down until they have a more complete idea of where this play is going and decide how they want to play it.
