It really is a perspective thing isn't it?  We may be slightly up only to go down without news.  Over the last 3 weeks we've been trading between 3.80 to 4.28 or so.  I think the rise is due largely to expectation and we may note that the volume has been low also.  A sign of waiting as I see it, resulting from no particular need to move in or out with the exception of the manipulators.  Of course, you may be right and I hope so.  Time will reveal.
